Our highly skilled technicians will try to determine the likelihood of removing permanent spots and stubborn stains before cleaning. It’s important to note that some elements can permanently discolour carpet fibres, and the age and type of fibre can also play a role in the cleaning outcome.
What is the recommended frequency for professional carpet cleaning?
We recommend having your carpet professionally cleaned every 6-12 months, depending on factors such as the level of activity in your home, foot traffic on your carpet, and any pets, kids, or allergies. This will help maintain its appearance and prolong its lifespan. However, if you have heavy foot traffic, pets, or allergies, you may need to clean your carpet more frequently to keep it in good condition.
How long will it take for my carpets to dry, and can I walk on them right away?
