Amazing, professional service. My very dirty stained couch came up perfect. I have not had this great a job on my couch. A free rug clean was included and this came up like new. Will definitely only use this company in the future.

My carpets and grout hadn’t been professionally cleaned for over 5 years, so they were pretty filthy. The Wizard came and worked his sorcery and bought it back to life! They are so clean now, I actually can’t believe how good it came up. Very friendly, easy going guy. Gave me tips on products to keep it cleaner for longer even gave my doggo nice pats. Thanks again. 5 ***** Our office will not recommend anyone else for our tenants to use other than Wizard! Antoni and Kathy have always provided excellent customer service and we have been nothing but satisfied with the work provided. They have the ability to prioritize for an emergency situation, which is a great comfort to a Property Manager. I have used Wizard personally and can not find fault with their services. Most carpet cleaners will “do their best” but if Antoni is not happy himself with the way stains etc are coming out, he will always find a solution, while updating me as necessary.

I used Wizard Cleaning services in two separate properties. My carpets and tiles looked as new! Overall experience with the company was very professional, with prompt correspondence and on-time service. Will definitely use them again 🙂

I have used wizard carpets 3 times now. 2 x for rental vacates (just carpets) 1 x cleaning my parents house (whole house, tiled floor areas, carpets & bathrooms) And without hesitation I would recommend 10000000/10. From beginning to end the service provided by Kathy (behind the scenes) & Ant (man on the scene) is spectacular! Each time Kathy has been able to quote, book me in asap and put up with my 263985623 questions all while providing the best customer service. The recent work Ant has completed at my parents is unreal, the bathrooms look brand new! & I didn’t even realise the grout throughout the house was meant to be the colour Ant got it too (it was BLACK) I’m beyond happy with the results and will continue recommending them and using their business. (and they are very well priced)

Really professional service- I had some red wine stains on my cream carpet, they have been there for months and wizard carpet cleaning got rid of them completely! Excellent service, excellent price- would highly recommend

Outstanding communication from my initial online enquiry. Kathy responded so promptly and organised booking a day and time that suited me. Blown away by the result – I thought my tiles were clean and just needed the grout refreshed. Couldn’t believe my eyes when Anthony completed the job – it looks like we have had new tiles installed. Excellent quality clean compared to 3 other companies I’ve used on this property in the last 2 years. Very helpful with a quote about a specific area of staining in one bedroom with requesting a photograph and discussing details. It was this willingness to engage with me about my problem that made me choose to give them a go over other companies. I then found out they were local-living owners which always makes the business you do seem to mean more. I would recommend both their advice and their service.

My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of service we received, plus the honest advice that we were given that actually saved us money! We had all our carpets, one car’s seats and floor tiles cleaned. About 12 months ago we had wood-look floor tiles laid in our hallway that exactly matched our existing living area tiles. The living area tiles are at least 6 years old, yet you would never know now that they were laid 5 years apart! Thank you, we will be using your services again.
