It’s important to note that there are elements that can permanently discolour carpet fibres, and the age and type of fibre can also play a role in the cleaning outcome.

We recommend having your carpet professionally cleaned every 6-12 months, depending on factors such as the level of activity in your home, foot traffic on your carpet, and any pets, kids, or allergies. This will help maintain its appearance and prolong its lifespan. However, if you have heavy foot traffic, pets, or allergies, you may need to clean your carpet more frequently to keep it in good condition.

Our modern steam cleaning technology ensures that your carpets will dry much faster than with traditional cleaning methods. However, the exact drying time will depend on factors such as the thickness and fibres of your carpet, and the weather. We recommend ensuring adequate ventilation to speed up the drying process. You can walk on your carpet while it’s drying, but we recommend wearing clean shoes or going barefoot to avoid introducing dirt. We suggest waiting a reasonable amount of time before putting your carpet back into full use to limit the amount of dirt that may stick to any residual moisture. You should also wait until the carpet is completely dry before placing furniture back on it.
